Why are prices in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)?
StorySage is based in Indonesia and bills in IDR via Xendit. Your card issuer converts to local currency. USD amounts are for convenience only.
What is the difference between Storyteller and Storyteller Pro?
Storyteller is non-commercial with gallery sharing under CC BY-NC-SA terms. Storyteller Pro adds credits, advanced exports (PDF/audio/music), private projects by default, and individual commercial-use rights. Studio/client resale and film/game production typically require Enterprise — contact us.
Do you offer an Enterprise plan?
Yes — for film, media, games, and advertising teams. Contact sales or email [email protected].
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits refresh each billing period according to your plan quota.
How do I cancel or change plans?
Manage subscriptions in My Account at account.storysage.io. You can cancel anytime; unused credits remain available until the end of the paid term. No refund after charge for the current period.
